"I have been in real estate sales since 1991 and specialising in management rights businesses since 1995.

During this time I have represented many, many  vendors with the sale of their properties. I qualify the purchasers and match them to a suitable management rights business, then my top negotiating skills come into play! 

Once a contract is signed I liaise with all industry professionals, i.e.

solicitors, accountants and financiers, to ensure a smooth transition to settlement.
